This class will begin our journey in the world of Ancient Greek. We will learn to build real fluency in Greek, using stories to learn basic vocabulary and grammar. We will learn the basics of verbs in the present tense, nouns, pronouns, and others. We will cover stories of an insurance scam (which actually happened), the Battle of Salamis between Athens and Persia, and a Spartan Attack on Athens during the Peloponnesian War.
