Calling all future Paleontologists! If you enjoy learning all about dinosaurs this class is just for you! In this class, we will be learning all kinds of dinosaur facts, talking about dinosaurs, learning what your favorite dinosaur is, and at the end of class, we will create a fun dinosaur hat together. The class will start off with a fun and interactive lesson about dinosaurs. Each child will have the opportunity to talk about their favorite dinosaur to introduce social interaction in the class. I like to teach with a hands-on approach so as we learn about the dinosaurs we will pretend to be like the dinosaurs to make the class more fun! At the end of class, each child will be able to create a dinosaur hat to wear and show off their cool new dinosaur skills. I enjoy teaching my class with a fun, energetic, and enthusiastic approach! I look forward to meeting my new students in class!

Each student will learn a new and interesting facts about different dinosaurs. We will then take one of those dinosaurs and create a hat from a template I have created for my students.

It is important that the student compares prepared with their dinosaur hat template printed and cut out for class! You may bring tape or glue to create the hat during class.

Hello, friends, and welcome! My name is Teacher Ashley. Let me tell you a bit about me!
Teaching is my passion. I am fully qualified to teach English and early elementary school. I have been teaching for 8 years privately and online for 2 years. I have experience teaching students of all ages and backgrounds, complete beginners, and children of all ages. I started my teaching journey by teaching students in China, France, and Panama, how to speak English. With the rise of the pandemic, I moved my classes online and began teaching students my academic curriculum from preschool to third grade.
I love to motivate my students and make learning a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I always aim to make my classes comfortable and allow my students to express themselves and have more talk time to build confidence. I always come prepared with props and toys that relate to my student’s interests. You might say that I am Elsa and Spidermans biggest fans!
My lessons are always energetic, filled with engaging activities, and most importantly, my classes are beneficial to my students. I use various teaching strategies, props, flashcards, and fun games. All of my tools can be used for online learning or in person. I teach using TPR (Total Physical Response) and Communicative Approach to better conduct my student’s experience.
My mission is to make sure that all of your child’s learning needs will be met. I make this possible through the curriculum I designed, proper preparation, and interaction with my students.
