Let's celebrate the pumpkin season!

This is an ongoing Pumpkin Fest.  We will have a pumpkin recipe each week.  Some recipes will be started in class and then completed after class.  So, please remember the cooking and finishing times may extend beyond the class time.  Try to schedule your plans accordingly.  But most of all plan to have fun making a recipe with pumpkin!

Pumpkin Pie Milkshakes

What To Expect:
Each week, learners will be given a pumpkin recipe and supply list.  Students will start the recipe in class.  This is a live and interactive class.  Expect to get practical tips and pro-level techniques in each class.  The difference between a good cook and a great cook is patience and technique.

Mis En Place
Mis en place means getting everything in its place.  So, it is recommended that students measure the recipe ingredients and get their supplies into their work area.  Mis en place helps everyone begin at the same time.

This is a LIVE class.  Teacher Elaine will be working with you.  She will ask and answer questions throughout the class.
