Welcome to Probability and statistics! During this class, we are going to learn what mean, median and mode is as well as the probability of something. Probability and Statistics course is designed to introduce the methods used in the field of applied statistics. It relies extensively on real-world situations, critical analysis, and interpretation of graphs and data. This class will always start with a quick powerpoint about what we will be learning in class, then we will go over some examples together and work on a worksheet. We will watch videos and play games throughout the class to better understand our knowledge of Probability and statistics. Students will be interacting with peers and teacher for every class period whether it be a game or a discussion or working on a worksheet together.
