The student will have the opportunity to gain one-on-one help with the teacher in any of the below subject areas (if you have a subject that you do not see on this list, please feel free to message me to see if I can assist). Students will work to progress in a certain subject area(s) that they have identified. We will work on questions and come up with strategies to help them succeed.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts Honours Specialization in Kinesiology and am currently a Teacher Candidate in a Bachelor of Education program. I have tutored students for a number of years (K-12 and post-secondary students) and have also tutored students with both learning and executive function disabilities. I have tutored a wide range of subjects (see above) and have loved every second of it. I am a bubbly, young teacher who loves to engage youth. If you have any further questions regarding subjects, etc. please reach out! I hope to see you in the classroom soon!
Extra practice materials will be supplied by the teacher. Students do not need to purchase materials for this course. If students have homework or something they would like to work on, they should bring that to class. This should also be communicated in the classroom prior to the Zoom session. This will allow me to prep and have extra materials ready.
