This is one of my favorite classes to teach! It allows me time to get to know students on a personal level, find out what they want to learn, where their strengths and weaknesses are, and encourage personal growth! I have homeschooled my kids for the last 8 years. I am just about finished with my bachelor's in creative writing from Southern New Hampshire University and I have a dual psychology degree in child and adolescent development. Plus, I just really love teaching!

A one-page handout will be assigned as homework each week.
I will be using worksheets for spelling and reading comprehension from Canva, Education.com, and Abeka's curriculum books, spelling levels 1-6 depending on the age of the child. No accounts are required, I will provide all materials needed on-screen during class.
I pull from different resources to make each child's curriculum. Sources include Abeka Spelling levels 1-6, Canva printables, education.com printables, and handmade worksheets.
