In this ongoing class, I will work with one student with basic reading and English skills such as ABC and sound recognition, phonics, sight words, fluency, comprehension and so much more! I will work with the parents to find out the needs of the student and I will always keep the parents informed of the progress their student is making or areas that we need to work on more. *I am an experienced elementary/esl reading teacher and have a great love for teaching beginning reading to children starting with the ABC’s and CVC word families. I want my students to be excited about learning to read and I feel that my passion comes thru when teaching the essential reading skills all children need.

*I will always let you know what is needed depending on the focus of the class. :)
**If the student is working on ABC’s, the parent will need to help with cutting, glueing, etc. if the student needs help during or before class. The parent should stay off the camera as much as possible. Thank you!
*If we are reading for fluency and comprehension, I will have the book loaded in the class unless it is a chapter book for the student to read anytime before class. I will send a list of the books once enrolled.
