BIRTHDAY/CELEBRATORY SIGN: Guests are asked to create a Birthday/Celebratory sign or card for the "Learner of Honor" on their own time prior to the party. These signs will be a surprise for the "Learner of Honor" and will be shared at the start of the party.

SUPPLIES: If a craft is selected as one of the party activities, a supply list will be provided in the classroom. Learners may also be asked to bring a snack or treat to enjoy during Social Time (to be determined at booking). Of course, both supplies and treats can be handed out to guests in "party bags" (by the client, prior to the party) instead of asking guests to bring their own. Any and all info pertaining to supplies and additional materials will be discussed and coordinated with the client prior to being shared and communicated to guests through posts/reminders in the classroom.

WHAT TO WEAR: Everyone is encouraged to dress up for the chosen theme, however dressing up in costume is not required to participate. All learners should wear non-restrictive clothing for any party that includes physical activity, such as dance. 

VIRTUAL GOODY BAG: The virtual goody bag is usually a combination of 3 activity sheets coordinated with the party theme such as a coloring page, maze/puzzle, and word search. Though all learners attending the party will have access to the Virtual Goody Bag when it is posted to the classroom in advance of the party, they do not need to print or have a printed copy with them for the party.

CERTIFICATE: The celebratory certificate for the "Learner of Honor" will be a personalized certificate to commemorate the celebration. It will be put together and sent to the client in advance of the party and can be printed by the client to present a hard copy of the certificate to the "Learner of Honor" during the party. 

---EARLY ARRIVAL---
Guests will be asked to arrive 5-10min early for the party in order to complete their Zoom check (verify learner account) and setup for the surprise.

---DANCE---
Learners will need an open space, level flooring, and non-slippery footwear (or bare feet) to participate in the dance portion of the party which will include large physical movement. Stretching beforehand is not required as we will stretch together. Please make sure your learner has water nearby to drink as needed. Learners should also have a parent or guardian nearby supervising, to ensure they are safely participating and following along the instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: When participating in any physical activity, there is the possibility of injury. All learners agree to participate in this program voluntarily and assume all risk of injury to themselves.

---CRAFTS---
Depending on the craft chosen by the client, learners may need assistance assembling part or all of a craft. Required supplies will be posted in the classroom and Miss Krystina can provide suggestions for alternate supplies for any items a guest may not have. In the event that craft supplies are handed out or sent to guests prior to the party (by the client booking the party), learners should have those supplies with them during the party.
