During each one-on-one session, students receive guidance with their writing, reading, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and literature analysis skills. Each lesson is tailored to meet your student’s unique requirements.

During the first session, I will assess your learner's level of proficiency in the subject matter so that I can custom-design future lessons to meet their current needs and augment their skills moving forward. I encourage prior communication from parents/guardians who want to share any pertinent information that might assist their child’s learning path.

Sample Class on The Raven by Edgar Allan Poe: 

The student needed to prepare a literary analysis of the poem. We both read the poem before class. When we met, we discussed its style, symbolism, metaphors, central message, themes, evoked emotions, etc. After class, the student completed the written analysis on her own. We met once again and reviewed/edited her written analysis before she submitted the final draft to her instructor.
