Welcome to our Animal Moves Fitness Class! In this class, we'll teach you how to move like different animals to build strength, improve balance, and boost your fitness level. Each session will focus on a variety of animal-inspired exercises and movements that are both fun and effective. Our class is structured to start with a warm-up to get our bodies ready. Then, we'll dive into learning different animal movements such as bear crawls, frog jumps, crab walks, and more!
