긍정 심리학: 당신의 강점을 찾으세요

The first class will provide an introduction to the field of positive psychology.  We will discuss what strengths are, how it can be helpful to us to have an understanding of our strengths, and we will make predictions about what our top strengths might be and explore examples of why.  

Students will take the strengths assessment outside of classroom hours and will return for the second class with the results of their assessments.  While the assessment will rate each student on 24 strengths, for the purposes of this class we will focus on the top 5 strengths.

In the second class, we will look for examples of how those strengths are being played out and explore ways in which we can use our strengths in the future.  Finding out your personal strengths is fun and gives you the opportunity to focus on the positive in your life.  
Please note that this class is not therapeutic in nature.
