Students will greatly improve their note reading ability throughout the duration of this course.  As well, they will develop more dexterity and coordination in their hands.  Style and technique are also a focus during this class, so students will begin to develop ways to express themselves while they play.

My previous teaching experience allows me to assess a student's learning style quickly. I am then able to deliver a lesson that is tailor made for their own strengths! I understand that students take lessons so that they can play music they love - not just melodies from a lesson book. My fun, yet effective teaching style strikes a balance whereby my students are engaged, encouraged and enthusiastic towards learning!
