I will begin the class by sharing about my cats. Then, with all other mics muted, learners will take turns sharing about their pets, either real or stuffed. There will be a question and answer time at the end of each learner's sharing time where the learners are able to converse with each other. We will explore how to take care of each pet. This class will help learners practice taking turns, public speaking, conversation skills, and listening. Learners that don't want to share are welcome...
Students will improve their basic understanding of what it takes to care for pets. Learners will also practice attentive listening and back and forth conversation. This allows all learners to work on their public speaking.
