Bacon, cheese and spinach quiche
In this lesson we will learn to make the most versatile dough there is: Shortcrust! In this particular case we will use a savoury version but it can be used for sweet tarts and pies also.
It's a very simple dough but there are a few important steps that need to happen in order for the dough to come out nice and flaky.

In this lesson we will discover one of the most popular French dessert: "Creme Brulée".

Who said salad is boring?

We'll be using the stove and oven to heat ingredients and chopping with knives, so please ensure oven mitts are on hand for safely removing dishes from the oven. Parental supervision is recommended.
