Students will learn and review math concepts such as multiplication, division, story problems, and data analysis.
Students will use listed math concepts to help them solve and master typical, real-life math skills such as money computation, budgeting, price comparison, and critical thinking.

Marcy Drexler is a mother of three daughters whom she homeschools.  Marcy has two degrees in Elementary Education along with training specifically on the mnemonic method by the creators of Times Tales.  Marcy has been in the teaching field for 20 years and has been teaching for Times Tales for 3 years - helping countless children achieve mastery of their multiplication tables.  Over the years of teaching students and raising her own children, she has become an advocate for the different styles of which learners master concepts.  Marcy is patient and understanding, willing to do what it takes to make sure each of her students feel comfortable, supported and happy while they learn.

세부 내용: Assessment of the concepts covered can be made by the instructor after each session if requested by parent or if instructor feels obligated to do so.  An informal assessment will be given after the student's last session.  Parents/Caregivers are always welcome to contact the instructor with any questions or concerns.  

All students should have a basic understanding of 2nd grade level math including addition, subtraction.

We will be using the Pet Math Workbook published by Trigger Memory.  Students will be able to print off free worksheets for each class.
