Students will learn techniques to create material, beat stage fright, and perform a short comedy set. Class is broken down into three sections: creation, technique, and performance. This class will give students the confidence to stand up in front of a crowd and tell a story. At the end of the hour, students will perform for the class.
Students will have a strong grasp of what it takes to become a stand-up comedian. They will develop confidence and be able to refine performance material.
