Safe transitions: Discover how to move seamlessly between poses, maintaining proper form and preventing strain or injury.
Pose modifications: Explore variations suited to your unique body and fitness level, ensuring comfort and progress at your own pace.
Use of props: Learn how to incorporate blocks, straps, and bolsters to support your practice and improve alignment.
Body awareness: Develop a deeper understanding of your body's strengths and limitations, fostering mindfulness both on and off the mat.
Injury prevention: Gain crucial knowledge about common yoga-related injuries and how to avoid them through proper technique.

Meditation: Learn the foundation of meditation practice that learners can incorporate on and off the mat.

Parental Consent: A parent or legal guardian, by enrolling your child in yoga class are providing consent for the child to participate in yoga classes. Health Considerations: Parents/guardians should consult with their child's healthcare provider before enrolling them in yoga classes, especially if the child has any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries. Voluntary Participation: Children are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level and may opt out of any pose or activity. Proper Attire: Children should wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing suitable for movement. Behavior: Children are expected to follow instructor guidance and behave respectfully towards others. Photography/Video: No photography or video recording is permitted. Modifications: The instructor reserves the right to modify the class structure or poses to ensure safety and accommodate varying skill levels. Liability Waiver: By allowing their child to participate, parents/guardians waive the right to hold the instructor or facility liable for any injury or damage that may occur during the yoga class, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

수업 자료
Learners will only need a few items for their class;
1. A quiet distraction free space. 
2. A exercise or yoga mat.
3. Comfortable exercise clothes. Ensuring clothing is neither too tight or too loose.

Optional Items to Bring;
1. Yoga props such as two yoga blocks.
2. Blanket during final posture.
3. Eye mask or something to cover eyes also used during last posture.
