We will cover the necessary Math topics the student needs help in. This is a 1-to-1 tutoring session. Provide me with the topics or work at least 24 hours before the session so I can prepare for it. This tutoring session can used to reinforce existing skills or to introduce new ones. Topics that can be covered in my 1:1 tutoring sessions are adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, Pre-Algebra, and Algebra 1. I am a New York state licensed classroom teacher in secondary math and special education. I taught math at a high school in NYC DOE for 5 years before deciding teach on Outschool. Classkick will be used in class so students can work out problems on the screen and only I (the teacher) can see their work. There is no account necessary. To sign on, I will provide a link at the beginning of class and you would click on the link and put students first name and you will be able to log in without any account. To be Coppa Compliant, you will only be able to access Classkick lessons during class time. Once class ends, you will no longer be able to access the lesson. Sometimes, we will use Kahoot or Blooket to play games on the topic we are doing in class (if time permits). You will not need to sign up for an account with Kahoot or Blooket.
