Passion, experience, education, and understanding has indeed led me right here to assist you and your child/ren. 

30 yrs ago I realized I have a gift of patience and attentiveness towards children, so I began learning about them and teaching. 
My favorite thing to teach them is how to express themselves effectively; through writing and verbal communication.

1996-98 SRJC obtained my Child Development certification where I learned about Child Psychology, positive discipline and worked w/ toddlers and preschoolers, observing/writing papers on their behavior and assisted teaching. 
1998-00 I taught school-aged children at a popular center (6-12 yrs)
2001-2006 Teacher/Teacher aide/Counselor for schools and summer camps (6-16 yrs)
2007-2009 I obtained my B.A. in Communications
2012-2018 Teacher/Teacher aide for Sunday School (5 -12 yrs)
During this time, I continued to study child behavior and began implementing Psychological techniques into my teaching, obtaining GREAT results! 
08-2015 - I obtained my PCIT (parent/child interaction therapy) certification 
2018 I created ConfidenceSpeaks - a program that instills empowerment into children by unconsciously pointing out their positive attributes, and increasing self-esteem, self-worth, and confidence
04/2019 State of California accepted Confidence Speaks as a continued education course for Administrators who work with children, in group home settings.  
07/2020 I obtained my Child counseling certificate  
08/2020 I obtained by Cognitive Behavior Therapy certification
