This ongoing, multi-sensory, Orton Gillingham phonics class is conducted 1:1 and is tailored to the needs and abilities of your learner. Focus is on gaining fluency in phonemic awareness, decoding, blending, comprehension, and morphology, using the time-tested, research-driven methods. I have many years teaching experience, both in the classroom, online, and in private tutoring. I am a polyglot with a deep interest in language, linguistics, and the etymology of English. I am Orton Gillingham trained at the Classroom Associate level through the Academy of Orton Gillingham Educators and Practitioners, and have been incorporating these methods in my classes for the past five years.
