In this ongoing class we will learn to multiply 2,3, and 4 digit numbers together. Each week students will practice solving and explaining how to solve multiplication equations. Students will each get a chance to explain the steps to solving the problems and teach others how to solve multiplication equations. *Students should already know their multiplication facts 0-12. (If not sign up for my beginner multiplication class.) * Students should already know how to multiply 2 digit times 1 digit. (If not sign up for my Intermediate multiplication class.) Week of April 17th: We will start class by reviewing single digit multiplication facts and multiply 2 digit numbers times 1 digit numbers. We will finish class by multiplying 2 digit times 2 digit numbers. Week of April 24th: We will start class by reviewing single digit multiplication facts and multiply 2 digit numbers times 1 digit numbers. We will finish class by multiplying 2 digit times 2 digit numbers. Week of May 1st: We will start class by reviewing single digit multiplication facts and multiply 2 digit numbers times 2 digit numbers. We will finish class by multiplying 3 digit times 2 digit numbers. We will go on to 3 digit times 3 digit if students are ready. Week of May 8th: We will start class by reviewing single digit multiplication facts and multiply 2 digit numbers times 2 digit numbers. We will finish class by multiplying 3 digit times 2 digit numbers. We will go on to 3 digit times 3 digit if students are ready. Week of May 22:We will start class by reviewing single digit multiplication facts and multiply 2 digit numbers times 2 digit numbers. We will finish class by multiplying 3 digit times 2 digit numbers. We will go on to 3 digit times 3 digit if students are ready. Week of May 29th: We will start class by reviewing single digit multiplication facts and multiply 2 digit numbers times 2 digit numbers. We will finish class by multiplying 3 digit times 2 digit numbers. We will go on to 3 digit times 3 digit if students are ready. *Students can join this class at anytime. *After the May 29th class the curriculum will start back over.
