Is your student ready to tackle 1st Grade Math? In this class, students will learn to master their math concepts in a fun and interactive way! We will have a teaching time, lots of student interaction where we will go over each problem together, and some time at the end for a fun game. Students will also be given the opportunity to complete worksheets that will be sent out after each class.

*This is a weekly 1st grade math class, so students are welcome to drop in when they can.

******Friday Classes: I'll be traveling Oct 4th, and 11th. We won't have classes for those 2 days, and you won't be charged. 

****Sunday Classes: I'll be traveling the 6th and 13th. We won't have class for those 2 days, and you won't be charged. 

Learning Goals:
Week 1: Counting by 10s and 5s and Identifying Numbers 1-100
Week 2: Addition with Single Digits 
Week 3: Counting with 2s and 25s, and Identifying Numbers in the 100s 
Week 4:  Subtraction with Single Digits
Week 5: Telling Time to the nearest Hour, Half Hour, and Quarter Hour
Week 6: Reading and Writing Numbers 
Week 7: 2-D Shapes and Recognizing Patterns 
Week 8: Addition within 20
Week 9: Subtraction within 20
Week 10: Counting Money
Week 11: Simple Fractions
Week 12: Counting Backwards and Measurements  

Additional weeks and subjects will be added as needed
