Students will work one-on-one with a certified teacher to strengthen age and grade level specific reading skills. Any information available ahead of time from parents is encouraged to build a truly unique and specialized lesson for your learner! Lessons are student focused with the student doing most of the reading and work to build skills. We work on phonics skills as appropriate, fluency skills, reading games, and reading strategies to build better readers. We often incorporate mini writing lessons into our reading work as well. I use engaging texts to make reading as enjoyable as possible for my students!
