This class is designed for students who have taken and/or are presently taking music lessons. In this one time class we will learn and review tempo terms and their meanings. We will play a fun game to see who can answer questions about tempo correctly and earn the most points. Print off the score sheet to help keep track of your points. Students will be learning about Tempo Terms that are associated with Music. These are the tempos that will be covered. Largo, Vivace, Adagio, Ritardando, Prestissimo, Accelerando, Allegro and Moderato.
I have been teaching music lessons for over 30 years. I was trained through the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. I am a certified Elementary Specialist and Intermediate Specialist in Teaching Piano and Theory. I will be using the knowledge gained from these courses to help your child progress in their musical journey.
Print off the score sheet for the game and bring along a pencil to help keep score.
