수업 소개
The class will begin with the students deciding which song instrumental we will use. Then, they will listen to the familiar song to feel the beat and clap along. We will focus on listening to songs with the purpose of finding the tempo, beat and lyrical placement. Then, we will write song theme ideas and phrases using Jamboard that we want to use in the song. This is the brainstorm time. We will also work on free styling as a way to flow into ideas. The students and I will sing the song as we create it as well as at the end. There is no weekly breakdown because in each class, the students will vote on which instrumental song we will use. They will also be responsible for creating the topics the songs are about each week. No previous singing or songwriting experience is necessary.

Additionally to the public school system in the United States, I also taught at an international school overseas! I believe every child has a unique learning potential and it is my goal not only to teach, but also to help my students understand how they learn best, too! I love to sing, dance and act!
