There will be images of mummies that can sometimes be scary for younger students. We also talk about the Ancient Egyptian belief in the afterlife and a person's soul living on. While we are mummifying an apple, we will be carving a face so students will be working with carving tools. Parental supervision is suggested with this activity. Kahoot is a trivia game that is played online. No account it needed, but playing on a second device is highly recommended. The questions for the game is displayed on the host screen and the students will only see their answer choices. Students can join online or through a free app that is very easy to download.
