In this one-time class learners will practice their multiplication facts up to 12 X 12! Before class I will send out a one page PDF with 4 BINGO cards on it. Your child can use 1 at a time or multiply their odds of winning by using up to all 4 cards each time. I will call off multiplication facts and learners will have to figure out the answer and cover it on their card(s); for example, I will say “8 X 4” and the learners will need to find and cover 32 if they have it. The first player to get 5 facts in a row wins! We will play as many times as possible until we hit reach the end of class. Winners receive a high five and bragging rights! *Parents: to keep this game fair to everyone please refrain from helping your child answer. I will do my best to give hints when I notice any students struggling.

Hello, my name is Danielle! I am excited to teach your child! I am currently a stay at home mom of one boy who is 1 year old, and three girls, my youngest daughter is 5 years old and my older two girls, who are actually my stepdaughters, are 13 and 15 years old; they live with us 100% of the time so I consider them my own.
My husband is in the Marine Corps. We are both originally from central Illinois, we currently live in Virginia but I have also lived in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Missouri, and North Carolina.
I attended Illinois State University where I have a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. I completed the Professional Development School during my senior year at ISU, which is where college students Student Teach for an entire school year rather than the traditional one semester student teaching program. I have taught Preschool and Kindergarten for 6 years in brick and mortar schools. I have also taught Middle School Special Education and 4th grade for 1 year each in the same school district. Before Outschool I taught ESL online to students in Asia.
I am passionate about education! I love taking something that children are not interested in and making it fun for them. I feel that it is crucial to teach students in a variety of ways as we all learn things differently. I am passionate about reading, I read with my children every day.
I also enjoy going to the beach, swimming in a pool, hiking, bike riding with my family, traveling, and crafting, as well as playing with my girls and watching them learn. I also enjoy doing yoga with my daughters, as well as, spending time with my family and our family dog, June Bug.
