Welcome to Ms. Kat's Craft Camp!

All learners are welcome! At Friendship Haven, we are committed to treating everyone equally, from the big energies to the quiet learners that need a little extra guidance. We hope each child finds their niche within our classroom and enjoys spending time learning with us. 

During this 4 week Christmas craft camp, learners will complete 8 beautiful crafts. Each week we will complete one new craft together each day! 

Learners will be invited to engage with their peers while completing their crafts. Everyone will have an opportunity to share their project and receive positive feedback from the teacher and new friends. Nobody is required to share and all artists will be supported. 

We will start the class with introductions and preparation of materials. The teacher will complete the craft along with the group and explain each step. Ms. Kat understands artists work at different paces and will help each person achieve their artistic goal during this camp. Before saying goodbye, everybody will be invited to show their completed masterpiece! 


A compiled list of materials needed for each craft is listed in 'Material, Learners Supply List' section below. 72 hours before each class, the specific list of materials needed will be posted in the classroom. Please send a message if you do not have listed materials for a craft and Ms. Kat will help you discover alternative supply ideas as soon as possible. At the end 4 weeks your learner will have 8 beautiful crafts and, most of all, I hope they gain confidence, connect with their artistic side, and form friendships within this fun group! I look forward to welcoming your artist to Ms. Kat's Craft Camp!
