During this eight-week secular money management class, learners will learn how to avoid debt in all parts of life, how to manage their money, and plan for how to pay for college, wise home buying, and even saving for retirement. We will meet once a week for a short lecture, then discussion. Students will improve their understanding of how money works and how to avoid debt with budgeting and planning.
I am a Ramsey Preferred Coach and a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach. My full-time job is helping adults learn how to manage their money and get out of debt. This is a secular class and will not include references to religion or religious texts.
Students will need access to good internet, a pen and paper. Handouts will be supplied as needed before class begins, and the final project will be submitted digitally.
