미니 베이커스: 폴라 베어 캔디

Learners will have fun mixing together a simple candy dough from pre-measured ingredients. After washing our hands, we will then start to form our polar bear shapes. We will have a great time creating faces out of the dough. 

We will start class with a couple of minutes of introductions, making sure that everyone knows each other's names. We will then check that we have the correct ingredients and equipment, and have clean hands and a clean work surface. We will go through the stages of making the dough, then forming the bears' faces step-by-step. Finally we will poke holes for the eyes and add a mini candy nose.

You will end up making around 15 yummy polar bear candies - ideal for sharing with family and friends.

The 30 minute class time is sufficient for learners to make the dough and form their first candies. It may be necessary to finish forming the last few candies after class has finished.
