Welcome to Minecraft Missions 4 Kids Gaming Club, a fun and interactive club designed to teach kids in grades 1-4 how to work collaboratively in Minecraft Education Edition. Our class structure is designed to encourage interaction and engagement. Participants will have ample opportunities to interact with the instructor and each other through discussions, games, and interactive learning activities. We'll use a variety of teaching techniques such as lectures, video clips, and slides to make learning more engaging and fun.

Week 1: Students will learn the History of Minecraft and What is new, Build your own cabin for camp, Brainstorm your ideas for your group project
Week 2: Students will Review major themes if groups have not yet selected theirs in the previous session, provide examples for projects in that theme, Set tasks for group members with clear objectives.
Week 3: Students will learn about how to detail the interior of a Minecraft build, what makes the exteriors really stand out.  Learn about landscaping the world around the mission as well.

Week 4: Will learn constructive criticism and test out other team members builds and give them feedback

Week 5 and 6: Students will continue working on the Mission Map, will finish their project and have friends test it, showcase the group build to your classmates.

To participate in this course, learners don't need any prior experience or knowledge of Minecraft. We welcome all skill levels, and our instructors will provide support and guidance to ensure everyone has a positive and enriching experience.
