Students will learn how to understand their feelings, emotions, and thoughts and how to become more focused and stay present with any tasks on hand. They learn how to live mindfully. 
I am a long time mindfulness practitioner. I practice mindfulness meditation for over 25 years now and as I see how this practice changed my life and the life of my students for the better, I have committed myself to pass it on to everyone, especially our kids and teens.
I am a Certified Mindfulness Instructor( CMI) with Mindful Schools in Calfornia and I am trained to use Mindful Schools Adolescent Curriculum and teach the tools and techniques of mindfulness to Teens. I have been teaching Mindfulness practices to students for over five years now, and have seen amazing benefits and changes in them. 
I enjoy sharing my passion through teaching mindfulness techniques to executives, parents, teachers, and students; helping them to learn this profound mind training practices, which brings clarity and awareness to their minds.
I truly believe that Mindfulness practices allow for greater concentration, productivity, resiliency, self-management, and a sense of happiness.
I teach Mindful School curriculum for Adolescents and I will give them the Journal questions at the end of each session.  Students don't need to purchase any material.
