The mind can become free from empty thoughts, and create ease to organize negative thoughts, stress, anxiety, worries, & inner chaos calm down and melt away. Positive affirmations help us take care of our minds! Daily positive affirmations help you believe in yourself and what you're capable of achieving. Positive affirmations act as gentle reminders to reinforce a positive self-image and an optimistic outlook toward life. They can remind you of your strength, capability, and reiterate believing in your self to build self-worth. They have the power to change the perspective (the way you see a situation) to provide better coping mechanisms (life skills) within tough situations.

Positive Affirmation-Take Care Of Your Mind & Mandala colouring. Let’s Relax,Rest, & Reset our minds while being mindful & focus on the present moment with some Mindful Mandalas & Positive Affirmations to set a positive tone for our day while we take a pause and be Present. Just like doing physical yoga poses these practices are very beneficial for your mind and body. Regulating the nervous system and being present in the moment to help reduce stress and anxiety for more balance in one’s life.

Emotional Mandala Colour Journal project
Emotional Mandala Colour Journal Project - using hues of colours that symbolize your current emotions. Letting the colours represent how you’re currently feeling right now in this present moment. Add short phrases or positive affirmations that resonates with your feelings to the mandala pedals.

I Teach Yoga! I am registered with Yoga Alliance holding a RYTT 500 (Registered Yoga Teacher Training) & RCYTT 95 (Registered Children's Yoga Teacher Training). I love to continue to learn as well and am always advancing My Yoga skills. I am also certified as a Mindfulness Coach! I believe learning should be fun! I’m excited to offer a wide range of themed Yoga classes that give opportunities to learn Yoga Asanas (postures/poses) well also honing in on self care and mindfulness. Yoga is a great tool to help with anxiety and help bring peacefulness and self love/ self care into ones life.
My goal as a Mindfulness coach and Yoga teacher is to help guide you in your journey. Yoga is a journey of the self to the self through the self. Yoga is also a way of life! Yoga isn’t just about yoga poses, It’s about setting intentions, being mindful and enjoying the journey of self expression with a positive outlook on life while creating Self-confidence through cultivating balance, peace, and rest
