Students will create their own mind maps and get lots of ideas for study techniques and how to use mind maps for their own creativity,  learning and memorizing in a fun way.  They will learn what mind maps can be used for such as note taking, organization, memory recall, summaries, etc.

For those who learn differently, students are welcome to audit this class if they don't feel like doing it hands on due to their slower pace (or dysgraphia), or not wanting to interact or for any other reason not wanting to do the actual mind map during class.  They will need to show their face to ensure its indeed a student that is auditing.

I was trained two years in a row by Mr. Tony Buzan, the inventor of mind mapping, as a certified facilitator to teach mind mapping.  I have used mind maps for over 20 years and taught many live classes to adults and children about mind mapping strategies.  I enjoy creating and using mind maps all the time as they are very effective study strategies and memory aids.
