곱셈의 마스터링

In this course, students will practice various techniques to help with their multiplication fact fluency. Students will practice skip counting, sing songs to help remember their facts, as well as learning other tricks to help make memorizing multiplication facts more manageable.

Meeting 1: Quick get to know you, and finding out where everyone's struggles with multiplication facts may be.  Skip counting 2s, 5s and 10s. Multiplying by 0 and 1.

Meeting 2: Quick review of 0s, 1s, 2s, 5s and 10s. Counting by 9s and 9s "tricks".

Meeting 3: Quick review of 9s. Counting by 4s and 8s, and tips for 4s and 8s. 

Meeting 4: Quick review of 4s and 8s. Counting by 3s and 6s and tips for both.

Meeting 5: Quick review of 3s and 6s. Counting by 7s and 8s and "tricks" for solving both.

Meeting 6: Review all skip counting, and a few more miscellaneous "tricks".

Each class, time permitting, will include a game at the end of class to review/practice what was learned that session. Games may include:
