수업 소개
The students will be taught how to make traditional French macarons, complete with delicious fillings. From learning how to make the perfect meringue, mixing, piping, resting, baking and filling, the students will leave class with a good understanding of the process as well as their own gorgeous macarons to share with family and friends. My class is very informal. Students are encouraged to ask questions as well as to talk to me and the other students. I will basically explain the process and then we will take one step at a time. The learners should have a basic knowledge of baking.

Students will learn the different stages of meringues and how to tell when they have reached each stage. They will also understand the science behind the process and how the ingredients work together to create these finicky little cookies.
