In this class, students will assist Mario in his mission to rescue Princess Peach from Bowser by solving puzzles and answering math problems. We'll cover addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, but no need to worry if your learner hasn't covered these concepts yet. We'll work together as a team to tackle Bowser's Dungeon!

The class will be structured as follows:
Game Instructions (5 minutes)
We'll explain the rules of the game and how to progress through the levels.
The game has 5 levels that increase in difficulty.
To progress through the levels, students must solve math equations to unlock doors.
Accuracy and speed are important, as students will be asked to solve the problems and interact.
Game Strategy (10 minutes)
We'll review PEMDAS and how to correctly perform the order of operations.
Game Play (30 minutes)
If there are more than 2 students, they will be paired up to work together in small groups and join a breakout room.
Groups can progress through the levels at their own pace.
Students are encouraged to work together and assist each other with the puzzles and math equations.
Review (5-10 minutes)
The class will reconvene and review some of the more challenging math equations from the game.

Students will share their strategies for solving the equations and discuss any common errors or misconceptions.
