수업 소개
This is a teacher-led class, which means students simply need to show up and follow the teacher! However, because learners in this class are aged 3-5, it will greatly improve the class if a parent/guardian helps encourage participation during class (if needed). Students will introduce themselves to the group by stating their own name at the beginning of class. During the rest of the class time, students will follow their teacher as a group. The order in which learning and play will take place is outlined in "Learning Goals" below. **It would be helpful to have your student take this class is a spacious area so that he/she has room to move around!!**

In this teacher-led class, preschoolers will learn and play in the following ways:
*Greetings
-Greeting each student individually
-Introducing themselves by name
-Learning how to say "Hello" in Mandarin
*Counting to 10 in English
-Students will practice counting to 10 in English in various ways: on our hands, fast, slow, silly
*Movement - 5 minutes - MOVE by doing things like:
-Students will mimic the teacher's dance moves
-Students will mimic the teacher's body movements
-Students will mimic moving like an animal
-Students will move by: "Flying," running in place, marching
*Mystery show and tell
-Students will guess what's in the teacher's brown paper bag based off of the clues provided
*Counting to 10 in Mandarin
-Students will be introduced to 1-10 in Mandarin
-Students will practice 1-10 in Mandarin
*Sounds - EXAMPLES of Sounds -
-Students will imitate and animal sounds
*Story time
-Students will join the teacher in reading/singing "Itsy Bitsy Spider"
*Review
-Students will count to ten in Mandarin
-Students will practice "Hello" in Mandarin
*Goodbye
-Students will say "goodbye" to one another
-Students will learn how to say "goodbye" in Mandarin
