Looking for a fun and engaging way to celebrate Halloween with your child? Magical Halloween Hangout is the perfect online event for kids ages 5-10 to enjoy some Halloween magic from the comfort of home! This 55-minute interactive meeting is packed with games, crafts, and activities that will keep your little one entertained and excited for the spooky season. What to Expect: --Games Galore!--Your child will join in on Halloween-themed games like charades, pictionary, and bingo, with new (and maybe old) friends in a safe, virtual environment. --Creative Craft Time!-- I will guide the children through a fun, hands-on Halloween craft using simple, at-home materials. Whether they’re making a pumpkin plate or a spooky ghost puppet, they’ll have something to show off at the end! --Share and Tell!-- Kids will have the chance to share their favorite Halloween memories or costumes in our friendly group. It’s a great way for them to practice communication skills while connecting with peers. Let me take care of some of the Halloween fun this year! Your child will come away with a finished craft, some new friends, and plenty of Halloween cheer.

Hi everyone! My name is Ms. Norma and I am a former kindergarten teacher turned homeschooling mother. I live in Maryland with my husband and two boys, aged 7 and 10. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and a Master of Arts in Teaching Early Childhood Education from Howard University. I spent five years in the classroom, teaching kindergarten and one year in second grade. I may no longer be in a physical classroom but I have never lost my passion for teaching and learning.
I will be offering ongoing classes for learners ages 4-11 who are looking to find a place to meet others, build connection and engage in authentic, theme based learning.
It is my belief that children learn best when they feel safe, acknowledged and cared for. I feel one of my biggest strengths as an educator is my ability to build connections with the children and parents I am fortunate to work with.
