수업 경험
Students will learn fun facts about dance - "Hopak", costumes; we will look at the European map and find Ukraine. The name Hopak is derived from the verb hopaty which means "to hop" Originally this dance was performed by male dancers (Zaporozhian Cossacks), later women were dancing it as well. The structure of the class: 1. Talking about dance, costumes, geographical location of Ukraine 2. Warming up - traditional warming up exercise to prepare body to move 3. Learning steps and arm work...
Kids would need some room to move safely. They should wear comfortable clothing for exercise and non slip sock or comfortable shoes. Water bottle for small water brake would be nice to have prepared. Handkerchief will be used as a prop for dance
The performing repertoire if my ballet school consisted such compositions like Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Hungary, Vietnamize, Gypsy, Lithuanian, Kazakh dances and many more. Dance material learned from my school masters helps me to choregraph my own compositions.
