In this course, I will be teaching the "Loop, Swoop, & Pull" method of tying shoes. I will use a rhyme that your students can recite as they are manipulating their little fingers with their laces. By using their fingers while saying the rhyme, students are engaging different parts of the brain which will help them learn faster and remember how to do it in the future. I will show the steps slowly and repetitively throughout the entire class. All your child needs is a shoe! They will not...

I have worked with children for over 16 years! I love being able to take content and teach it at a child's level.
Shoe with laces (already laced in the shoe) that the child can manipulate during class to tie the laces with the teacher - I would recommend an adult shoe to start with! Try to choose a shoe with laces that are stiffer to begin with.
