My goal is for artists to create beautiful and brilliant compositions using different media and fun techniques; to inspire them to try more on their own; and, for them to return to the studio for something new the following week!

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and have enjoyed working with vibrant colors through markers, paints, and chalk pastels. My personal style is more abstract, graphic, and even impressionistic and this is reflected in my own painting style over the years. I enjoy the spontaneity of these creative painting projects and there is no better group of learners to do this with than the younger set!

Each week artists are expected to try a new project and technique and share their masterpieces in class. Further, I want artists to celebrate with others in the class and provide constructive and supportive feedback about other artwork shared in class. I will prompt artists to respond to specific questions in relation to their own art and others.
