Hello Everyone! Welcome to our Leadership Class!  Learners need a safe space to connect with other children their age to socialize, build a sense of community, and learn from each other. The foundation of the class will be focusing on Leadership Skills and Character Education. Each week we will learn about one of the six pillars of character. The six pillars are Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship. Learners will also develop new strategies of having a growth mindset.

We will start each day off with the following format:

1. Greeting: learners will be able to have a special way they greet their friends

2  Quote of the Day: Learners will start each day off with a positive and encouraging message.

3. Goal Setting: What are some of the goals that need to be completed this week?

4. Sharing: Learners will share something special they have going on in their life. 

5. Activity: students will complete a fun activity, game, drawing, etc that correlates to the growth mindset strategies.
