Introducing an empowering online class for young learners: Positive Thinking and Gratitude Journaling is very helpful in staying positive and having a growth mindset. In this course, students will embark on a transformative journey to cultivate a positive mindset and foster gratitude in their daily lives. Through the practice of writing a gratitude journal, students will develop the habit of reflecting on what they are thankful for each day, nurturing a sense of appreciation and resilience. Join me in this uplifting class where positivity becomes a way of life, empowering young minds to thrive and find joy in every moment. Mindfulness is helpful in being calm and staying grateful. 

There is a power of gratitude and appreciation that comes with keeping a gratitude journal. In this online session, participants will embark on a guided journey of self-reflection and appreciation, as they learn the art of keeping a gratitude journal. Through various exercises and prompts, students will cultivate a positive mindset, enhance their well-being, and develop a deeper sense of gratitude for the world around them. 

Breakdown of each class: 
2-5 minute: Introductions, catch up, how was your week?
5-10 minute: Discussion of the weekly topic question. 
10-15 minutes: Writing a gratitude journal and answering the weekly question. 
5-10 minutes: Sharing their ideas at the end of class. 

Week 1: What made you smile today?
Week 2: What helped you keep calm this week?
Week 3: Tell me all about your happy place. 
Week 4: Who can you always count on?
Week 5: What helps you keep going when you're feeling down?
Week 6: What is your favorite dream?
Week 7: Which moment made you laugh today?
Week 8: If you could relive a moment, what would it be?
Week 9: Tell me a time when you felt proud of yourself. 
Week 10: Learner's Choice
