Are you ready for some football? During each class students will learn different football skills and positions. You DO NOT need to have played football before to participate in this club! Please know that this is a VIRTUAL class. You can bring your computer/tablet outside and do it in your backyard or complete the class in a safe place in your house. Every class will begin and end with a sport specific warm-up and cool down to ensure that students are ready for activity. Each week we will...
Students will learn new skills and drills for different football positions.
Students are welcome to bring a football to class with them to help with drills. The football can be a nerf or other "indoor friendly" ball. Students should also bring a water bottle.

Students should wear correct footwear for activity. Students should participate in this class in an open space safe for activity. Students should bring a water bottle and stretch before class. During this class if a student is not properly supervised injuries such as sprains or strains (among others) could occur. Parents should always supervise their child during this class.
