1 cup Old Fashioned Oats 2/3 cup of toasted shredded coconut 1/2 cup of Creamy Peanut Butter (Optional Almond butter or sunflower butter) 1/2 cup of Ground Flaxseed 1/2 cup of Semisweet Chocolate Chips 1/3 cup of Honey 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (Optional) 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar Glass or Metal Pan 12x12 or smaller to place no-bake energy balls on. Spoon for mixing. Sandwich bag (Optional) for Powdered Sugar.
