동물 분류에 대해 알아보자

In this one-time class, we are going to learn about Animal Classification, how scientists group animals, how scientific names are used, and dive more into the Taxonomy Ladder. During the class, we will review slides, use peer discussion, and have an in-class game... all to help learners understand more about Animal Classification. 

Class will be structured close to the following...
-Quick introductions
-slides/teaching time
-game
-in-class activity (if time allows)

Learners will not need to have any prior knowledge of animal classification, though if they do, this will be a great review or next step. After class, I will send printables to the classroom for more educational enrichment.

Why take this class?
I like to approach learning from multiple perspectives. I want learners to enjoy learning and feel comfortable with their ideas. Using reading, audio and visual aids, printables, discussion, and hands-on learning, allows learners to experience what they are learning, not just remember what was put in front of them. My goal is for learners to learn and have fun while doing it, in hopes that they simply fall in love with learning.

Ages or grades of learners-
This class is designed to allow for students of various ages to participate, however, I would say the average range is 8-12. I have had learners outside this range, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
