This is an ongoing weekly club that provides learners with the tools and support to feel well, think well, and live well! We all need regular reminders, strategies, and support to live with intention, positivity, & purpose, and this weekly club will provide you with that. Students will learn about a new self-improvement or wellness topic each week. Additionally, they will be motivated to live their life with purpose and with a positive attitude.
Allison Woolley has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics from the University of California at Davis and has homeschooled her children ages 14 and 17 for 12 years. She has worked as a Health Advocate, planning health and wellness presentations and offering health and wellness consultations to college students. Additionally, Allison has led faith formation classes for 5th – 8th graders and youth groups for pre-teen & teenage girls. Also known for her organizational and planning skills, Allison successfully enjoys using these skills to reach youth and help them to feel connected and purpose-driven.
