In this 6 week live video class we will bake a sweet or savory dish each week. We will also decorate our pastry’s, with some basic decoration. We will be baking peanut butter cups with other options, Lasagna with meat options, S’mores Mini Cupcakes, Mexican Traditional Chocolate Milk (champurrado) and Buñuelos, Lemon tart pie, and Chocflan. Please note your young learner will need your support to build their confidence as they are preparing their sweet and savory dishes. Please help off camera as they are the star learner. Younger learners will need help turning on oven and removing hot pan from their hot oven. In some classes we will be using a hand held mixer, blender, stovetop, oven and/or microwave. On occasion we may use a knife, please be available for younger learners if they need your help. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact me and I’ll suggest something in place of it. Thank you for your support to their learning.
