The events of World War II are legendary, but how much do you know about the men who were in charge when these events happened? Join me while we learn about the backgrounds of five significant world leaders from World War II. In this class, we will look at the upbringing, education, rise to power, wartime decisions, and decline of these influential leaders. The deaths of world leaders will be discussed in this class. In the case of Hitler, the death was a suicide. This will be mentioned to students for its historical significance. A lengthy discussion of this death will not be undertaken, but questions will be answered if students have any. Questions are always answered by framing tragic events within their historical narrative and providing factual information.
